Yes!

What does a typical day look like for you?

I look after customer enquiries and manage projects of all sizes, from start to finish. Whether it’s a quick turnaround or a large-scale job, I make sure everything runs smoothly—coordinating the details, keeping things on track, and ensuring all materials are delivered on time. It’s all about keeping our customers supported and their projects moving without a hitch.

What are the favourite parts of your job?

Working with the great team we have here at JLT and the interaction I have with our clients on a daily basis.

What is the most challenging part of your job?

Keeping all my customers happy 😊

What are you most proud of, do you have any achievements you’d like to highlight?

Being able to respond quickly to our client’s requirements and the satisfaction from successfully completing a project, be it large or small.

What do you do when you aren’t working?

I enjoy spending time with my family and especially watching my children playing football. Going for walks with my dog Max plus chilling with Netflix or a good book.

One dog (springer spaniel, Max) and two Maine Coon cats.

Favourite sport?

Football – I support Aberdeen FC for my sins. I also enjoy F1 – you can’t beat it!
